Two white men were arrested by Reivilo police after they allegedly kidnapped a man between the age of 18 and 25 on Saturday.

According to reports, the two men kidnapped and assaulted the victim after they accused him of being behind string of house breakings that took place on nearby farms.

They allegedly took him to the farm and threatened him with a snake.

Our source said: “It is alleged that there were string of house-breakings recently at their places and they suspected that the man was behind them. Upon seeing the man walking alone in the streets, they pounced on him and assaulted him.”

The suspects are expected to appear before Taung Magistrates Court today.
