MAROPENG – In the next few hours the world will learn more about a historic fossil discovery which has been made in South Africa.
Details of the discovery have been kept secret for years and are due to be unveiled at Maropeng in the Cradle of Humankind at 11am today.

JOHANNESBURG – There’s been yet another case of pupils being beaten at the Randfontein Secondary School in the space of one week.
Eyewitness News is in possession of yet another video of a teacher hitting a teenager at the school on the West Rand.
It’s alleged the pupil was hit for not completing his school work.
