The death toll in reported road accidents countrywide since Sunday has reached 26.

In KwaZulu-Natal, one person was killed and 17 were injured in a collision between a minibus taxi and police vehicle on Monday afternoon. Paramedics found injured people scattered around the accident scene at the intersection of West Street and Shepstone Road in Durban, said Rescue Care’s Garrith Jamieson.
