Taung- Eleven suspects who were arrested for arson and public violence in Manokoane, Taung were all reminded in jail and will appear on the 07th of August for bail applications.

“All suspects will stay in jail after their case was postponed today. They will appear on the 07th of August for bail application” said Sergeant Moiloa.

Eleven people were arrested after Manokoane community went on a rampage and burnt three houses belonging to their chief and other two belong to councilors.

They were protesting for poor service delivery and barricaded the roads with stones.
