According to the latest reports,General Bheki Cele initiated actively participated in a flawed procedurement process when signing the Multi-billion leases for Police Headquaters  buildings.

The evidence was given out on Monday during the proceedings of the matter. Advocate Mbuyisela Madlanga said he will outline some other issues.

“The evidence showed that the General Bheki Cele initiated and actively participated in a flawed procedurement process” he said.

Cele signed a multi-billion rands leases for Police headquaters buildings in Pretoria and Durban with businessman Roux Shabangu.

Cele is now been suspended and fighting for his position as commissioner of police,while other reports says his relationship with president Jacob Zuma is deteriorating,resulting in Mdluli been earmarked as a replacements.
