PRETORIA – The Minister of Police, Nathi Mthethwa and the National Commissioner of Police, General Riah Phiyega will today address the media on developments around the Mothutlung public protest investigation, which resulted in the death of some protesters.  “They will also share some of the interventions around public order policing, oversight frameworks including the roles and responsibilities of the organisers of public protests” ministry of police spokesperson Zweli Mnisi said.

The briefing will take place at Pretoria Headquaters.-TDN
