Pampierstad- A murder case against Sakhile man was postponed by Pampierstad Magistrate Court on Monday, according to reports.
Vaaltar FM reported that a case against Obakeng Pheleu,29, who is accused of murdering his girlfriend, was remanded in custody after the court denied him bail.
A 29 year-old man allegedly bludgeoned his girlfriend to death in cold blood after an argument ensued between the two.
Magogong village girl allegedly visited Pheleu at his house in Sakhile location, near Pampierstad.
Pheleu who is fugitive against the law, is reported to have two more pending cases and was once arrested for domestic violence.
The case was postponed until 13 October 2014 for formal bail application.-TDN
