VENTERSDORP- Police are investigating a case of culpable homicide after two vehicles, a Toyota Tazz and Volkswagen Polo collided head-on along N14 between Ventersdorp and Coligny in Thursday night. 

Major Pelonomi Makau said three people from the Toyota Tazz, two men, a woman and the driver of the Volkswagen Polo died on the scene.

“The cause of the accident is not yet known, and investigation into the matter continues,” she said.
