Roses United coach, John Tlale described securing promotion to the National First Division by winning the Vodacom League Play-offs as “the best feeling” in his short coaching career.

The former Bafana Bafana goalkeeper guided the Free State side to the summit of group A and went o to beat Milano United in the final of the Play-offs on Sunday. The 45-year old coach said he had always wanted to lead his side to the NFD and having come close in the previous season he was delighted to finally make his dream a reality.

“It’s the best feeling since I have been a coach. To finally get promoted after having missed out in the previous season, you can’t ask for more. The team has been brilliant and knew what was needed to be done,” he told PSL.co.za.
