An unidentified man was impaled when he fell from the top floor of the condemned Kruger Park flats.
The block of flats, owned by the Tshwane metro, were evacuated in July 2008 after a fire claimed the lives of five people. Ever since the fire, the building, which has been declared unfit for human habitation, has been a constant target of thieves trying to make a quick buck from scrap metal.
