Johannesburg – Three people were wounded in a shooting incident at an intersection in Westdene, Johannesburg on Tuesday, paramedics said.

Paramedics found two men had sustained critical injuries and one was seriously injured at the intersection of Main Road and Tobie Street on Tuesday evening, Netcare 911 Santi Steinmann said.

The men were transported to a nearby hospital.

Details of the shooting were still unclear.
