POLOKWANE – Officials from the Department of Basic Education on Wednesday arrived at a warehouse in Polokwane, from which textbooks are to be distributed to schools in the province. 

Wednesday is the deadline for the department to deliver learning material to all schools.

A 15 June deadline imposed by the North Gauteng High Court was missed, so the department proposed a more realistic deadline to the organisation.

Trucks are lined up in the street, waiting to be loaded.
