Rustenburg- The National Union of Mineworkers (NUM) said they would like to inform and correct ill-informed and professional liar Association of Mineworkers and Construction Union (Amcu) President Joseph Mathunjwa who said that NUM President Senzeni Zokwana serves in an entity called SAPS Bureau.

Mr Mathunjwa was being interviewed today on The New Age breakfast briefing on SABC 2.

“NUM President Senzeni Zokwana is the National Chairperson of the South African Communist Party(SACP) and a member of the SACP Politburo. We think that Mr Mathunjwa was referring to the SACP Politburo. There is no such entity called SAPS Bureau unless he was referring to an unknown entity that we are not aware off, ” said NUM Deputy General Secretary Tshimane Montoedi.-TDN
