Minister of Police,Nathi Mthethwa deny being involved in any way of influencing the re-instated of Mdluli who is been accused of many offence thus far.

He spoke to Radio702 Talk show and said the call to re-instate Mdluli is not his called.Minister was so dodgy during the show as he was not answering questions posed to him.

“As a Head of Policing, i would like to inform you that i have never in any way influenced the decisions in Mdluli case. And the call is within the commissioner to oversee things,and despite there is a commissioner who is serving suspension now. So by discussing this issue it will be premature.”he said.

Mdluli is been accused of so many offences hanging over his head. Bak then,he was allegedly been involved in love-triangle.

Despite those charges,minister outlined that Mdluli’s charges have been dropped and vehemently denying been in a meeting to discuss a way forward of the force,as there are reports that Mdluli will replaced the now suspended commissioner,Bheki Cele who is in a fall-out with president Jacob Zuma.
