Mahikeng-North West police are investigating a case of murder and inquest after allegedly three people died.

According to unconfirmed report, an employee at one of North West departments stormed at the office and allegedly held staff hostage.

Two people were allegedly shot dead and the suspect committed suicide afterwards.

The reports say the employee was suspended for more than four months without pay and demanded his salary.

Police are at the scene and our crew tried to confirm the atrocity with colonel Sabata Mogwabone,but our attempt was futile.
