13 October 2025 – The Portfolio Committee on Communications and Digital Technologies will on Tuesday, be briefed by the Auditor-General of South Africa (AGSA) on the 2024/25 audit outcomes of the Department of Communications and Digital Technologies (DCDT) and its entities, as well as the Government Communications and Information System (GCIS) and Media Development and Diversity Agency (MDDA).
The Chairperson of the Portfolio Committee on Communications and Digital Technologies, Khusela Diko said they will be briefed on the annual reports and financial statements in the year under review by the DCDT, South African Broadcasting Corporation, Sentech, Broadband Infraco, State Information Technology Agency, and Universal Services Access Agency of South Africa together with the Universal Services Access Fund.
Diko said the meeting will take place on Virtual platform (Link will be shared before the meeting starts) on Tuesday at 9am until 5pm.
