The ANC Free State elective conference is underway at the Arwa Conference Centre in Parys, in the northern Free State.

The conference was delayed as it was suppose to start at 10H00 in the morning. The current chairperson, Ace Magashule supporters came in numbers with placards bearing his face on it. 

Despite the cold weather the chanting and singing outside the building showing unwavering support.

Earlier Dukwana said if they cannot secure a meeting with ANC’s top brass today, his group will boycott the conference. They want that meeting to seek urgent intervention from Luthuli House regarding infighting in the Free State.
