30 December 2025- Mamusa Local Municipality said all the areas of Mamusa are now without power supply following the storm that damaged Eskom lines. The municipality said Eskom technicians are on the ground attending to the faults, which include a fallen transformer in Ipelegeng Township.
The Municipal Manager, Rantsho Gincane said the municipality is in constant communication with Eskom and will keep stakeholders and residents posted.
“Let’s remain patient,” he said.
