FOUR suspects nabbed in connection with dagga during intellegent driven operation on Friday.

North West police spokesperson, Lieutenant Col Amanda Funani said the susppects aged between 24 and 70 will appear in the Ga-Rankuwa Magistrate’s Court on charges of possession of dagga.

“The suspects were nabbed during an intelligence driven operation conducted in Klipgat, Shakung and Jackalsdans.

“Police received information about suspected dealing in dagga activities. The suspects were arrested in different houses where the police discovered dagga with estimated street value of R8000 inside a plastic bags,” Funani said.

North West Police Provincial Commissioner, Lieutenant General Baile Motswenyane praised the community for working together with the police to ensure that drug dealers are exposed and brought to book.

Motswenyane further encouraged the community to continue working with the police in arresting those who ruin the lives of the young people.
