North West Provincial government will host a Reconciliation, Healing and World Aids Day at Mogwase stadium in Mogwase near Rustenburg on Saturday. 

Provincial government spokesperson, Brian Setswambung said this is the plan to unite the citizens of province. Setswambung further said the province is also ready to intensify the fight against HIV and AIDS. 

“The event will set the tone for the implementation of Reconciliation, Healing and Renewal (RHR) programme among diversified groups and highlight achievements reached with regard to the HIV/AIDS Programme.

“The event will also seek to promote a united society, implement the RHR Charter Actions and Commitments, keep unity within diversity and help forge a closer relationship with affected communities in promoting tolerance,” he said.

 The event will commence at 8am.
