THREE children died after eating food at a neighbour’s house in Christiana, North West police said today.

Four children fell ill after the meal in the Utlwanang township on Monday, Lieutenant Sabata Mokwabone said in a statement.

Three of them died after they got back home. They were aged two, four, and five. The fourth victim, a six-year-old boy, was taken to hospital.

Police had opened an inquest docket.
