A 22-YEAR-OLD man died in a car accident in Kimberley on Friday. Northern Cape police spokesperson, Lieutenant Col Dimakatso Mooi said the deceased was driving a Jetta sedan on MacDougal Street.
“An oncoming BMW sedan lost control and allegedly crashed into the Jetta. The driver of the Jetta was fatally injured, while the driver of the BMW was admitted in hospital.
“The passenger in the BMW and the driver of the bakkie that was also involved in an accident escaped with minor injuries. No one has been arrested and police investigation continues,” Mooi said.
