A MEMBER of North West Film Commission will contest for international independent documentary awards in Los Angeles. Deon Van Zyl submitted his documentary called ‘My Life on the Tracks – the Rohan Vos Story’.
North West Film Commission spokesperson, Vusi Moyakhe said the documentary made official selection.
“This was written and produced by Deon van Zyl. He is a member of the North West Film Commission. The winners will be announced on June 30.
“Winners will be invited to receive their awards at a screening on September 10 at the Raleigh Studios in Hollywood. We as are proud to have Deon van Zyl as a member. He is one of our trainers and this shows the commission has gait,” he said.
