TWO suspects aged 30 from Schweizer Reneke are expected to appear in the Schweizer-Reneke Magistrate’s Court on Monday for being in possession of suspected stolen goods.
Provincial police spokesperson, Col Sabata Mokgwabone said the suspects were arrested in a roadblock between Amalia and Schweizer-Reneke road.
“Police stopped a vehicle for a routine search. They found 14 sheep carcasses cooped inside the boot as well as at the back seat of the vehicle. The sheep were allegedly stolen from one of the farms in the area,” he said.
