POTCHEFSTROOM- A pedestrian was knocked over by a truck on the N12 near Potchefstroom this morning. ER24 spokesperson, Pieter Rossouw said a man, 50 was allegedly trying to cross the highway.
“When ER24 paramedics arrived on scene they found that the man had sustained multiple fatal injuries. There was unfortunately nothing paramedics could do to resuscitate the deceased. He was declared dead on scene. The local authorities were on scene for further investigation,” Rossouw said.
