SETLAGOLE- THE driver of a delivery vehicle was shot and other people were tied up by suspects during a robbery at Setlhwatlhwe village near Setlagole on Saturday.
North West police said the delivery vehicle was allegedly collecting cash at one of the stores.
Provincial police spokesperson, Col Sabata Mokgwabone said four unknown suspects entered the shop and shot the driver of the delivery truck with a firearm in the chest.
“They allegedly tied up people who were inside the shop and drove off with the delivery vehicle and undisclosed amount of cash.
“The other amount of cash was collected from other stores. The vehicle was found abandoned along R507 road,” he said.
No arrest at this stage and investigation continues.
