Cape Town – A Grade 9 pupil said she fears for her life after a school boy assaulted her.

A traumatised Amber Japhta said a silly water game at school turned violent on Wednesday morning, leaving her with a scar on her face, and black and blue bruises all over her body.

Amber said the Grade 11 boy punched and kicked her in her face and body after she accidentally splashed him with a little water.

The 15-year-old said she probably would have suffered worst injuries if her friends didn’t save her. They pulled her away from the “crazed” boy after she became paralysed with shock.
