A MURDER against four suspects was postponed by Taung Magistrate’s Court last week. Two Chake brothers, Oratile (26), Tshepo (28) and other two accomplices Ogodiseng Matlhola (24) and Thebeetsile Sege(24) were granted bail.

The four suspects allegedly killed a 28 year-old Bangladesh businessman in Matsheng village, near Taung back in July this year. He was stabbed to death in his tuck shop while asleep. The undisclosed amount of money and groceries were found hidden at Chake’s house.

The suspects were granted bail after being detained in custody for more than three months. Oratile and Tshepo who were on parole were granted R1200 each while Thebeetsile Sege granted R500 bail and Ogodiseng Matlhola received R600 bail. The murder case against them will resumes on the November 24.
