The draw for the Telkom Knockout semi-finals were made on Sunday afternoon.
The biggest match of the round will see Kaizer Chiefs host Soweto rivals, Orlando Pirates, who saw off Maritzburg United on Saturday.
While, there will be another derby on show, as Mamelodi Sundowns will host SuperSport United in a Tshwane derby.
Chiefs, who defeated Mpumalanga Black Aces 2-1 to secure their semi-final spot, will also meet Pirates next week Saturday for the first Soweto Derby of the season.
Both semi-finals will be played on the weekend of 7 November 2015.
