MAHIKENG- THE South African National Civic Organisation(SANCO) provincial Chairperson, Paul Sebegoe will address SANCO members who will be picketing outside the North West High Court in Mahikeng tomorrow.

Over 500 SANCO members from Monakato village are expected to picket outside the court before the application for an interdict submitted by Rustenburg Local Municipality is heard.

The municipality approached the court after SANCO in Monakato confronted them to stop wrongful allocation of low cost (RDP) houses and evictions two months ago.

“We are challenging the irregularities and maladministration in housing delivery that are causing tensions, divisions and unnecessary conflicts within our communities,” said Sebegoe ahead of the court hearing.

He said that he will be accompanied by members of the Provincial Executive Committee (PEC).

Sebegoe will address members after the court hearing.
