THE Dr Ruth Segomotsi Mompati District to embark on Communicators Lekgotla. A two-day event will take place in Bloemhof and organized by the district.

According to the district manager, Zebo Tshehlo, the district municipality is looking to strengthen their relationship with all communicators within the district for a free-flow of information.

“The purpose of Lekgotla is to strengthen the relationship amongst district communicators from municipalities, government departments and private entities, and to present the Provincial and District Communication Strategy to members of the forum.

“It is in this context that you are requested to make a presentation on the role of community media, advertisement rates and distribution coverage in the district,” he said.
