A murder case against Pampierstad man was transferred to North West High Court of Friday by Taung Magistrates Court.

Benjamin Mongale(28) and his accomplice briefly appeared before court for murder of Pampierstad taxi driver.

Boy Kheswa was allegedly kidnapped and shot dead by the suspects two years ago.

Mongale(28) and Katlego Kaushu(21) and Refilwe Molokwane(25) were arrested in connection with murder. However court decided to provisionally withdraw the case against Molokwane amid lack of evidence.

On Friday, the court made a right-about-turn and reinstated all charges against Molokwane.

The matter will resume on the 26 August 2016 for trial.
