THREE suspects accused of murder, business robbery and armed robbery with intention to cause aggravated circumstances, briefly appeared at Taung Magistrates Court on Wednesday.

Tshepo Chake (28), Oratile Chake (22) and Thebeetsile Sege (28) were subsequently arrested by Taung police after they were linked with a murder and armed robbery case that took place at Matsheng village, near Taung last week.

The case against the three suspects was postponed until 05 August 2015.

They (suspects) were arrested after they were linked to a murder case of Dalim Ali (35) who was allegedly stabbed to death during robbery at his shop in Matsheng.

The gruesome took place last week Thursday and police arrested three men after a tip-off.

North West police spokesperson captain Pelonomi Makau said police allegedly found grocery, undisclosed amount of money and other items belonging to the deceased in suspects’ possession.

The suspects will remain in custody until their next appearance.
