TAUNG- Six perished including a ten day baby in a terrible accident on N18, near Taung on Wednesday. According eyewitness, the six occupants were allegedly trying to cross N18 road near Taung circle when a huge truck crashed on them. All occupants passed away instantly on the scene and the paramedics were called, but failed to resuscitate them.

Six rats suffered head injuries, while the driver of the truck came out unscathed.

The fatal accident took place at around 20:00 while the driver of a toy vehicle tried to cross N18.

Taung police could not open a case as they said it is the first case of its kind.
