Deputy Minister in the Presidency, Buti Manamela, says there’s a need for a skilled labour force to steer the country onto a higher developmental platform.

Manamela was speaking at the launch of the consultative process for the National Youth Policy in Pretoria on Wednesday. He says the policy will be adopted in March and will respond to youth challenges.
