Johannesburg – Twelve people were injured on Saturday when a minibus they were travelling in overturned on the N2 South between Ballito and Tongaat, paramedics said.

When they arrived, the paramedics found the  minibus had rolled over and landed on the other side of the road, back on its wheels, said Netcare 911 spokesperson Santi Steinmann.

The group sustained moderate to serious injuries.

They were transported to nearby hospitals for further care.
