Johannesburg- The Ministry of Small Business Development would like to warn the public about a number of fake Facebook accounts which purport to be those of the Minister of Small Business Development, Lindiwe Zulu.

“To date we have identified three fake accounts. The Minister has indicated that the only legitimate Facebook account is the one with the ANC emblem as her profile picture” departmental spokesperson Cornelius Manama said.

Minister Lindwe Zulu strongly condemns the existence of these false Facebook accounts in her name and the fraudulent use of her name and pictures.

“We believe that these accounts were created with the sole intention to mislead and con members of the public. The fake accounts have been reported to Facebook” Manama said.
