As one of the hottest upcoming models, Mahikeng-born girl shows femininity as everything she touches turns into gold.
Sindiswa Sojane, 19 does not show a beautiful face only.
Beauty with brains gives you the whole package of a complete go-getter.
Baby Palesa, 19 started her longing career of becoming a model back in 2011 after being inspired by her friend.
“I knew I was beautiful and fit to become a model, but I was rather nervous. My friend, Thatayaone Mabote encourages me to entered Miss Teen MHK as she participated in it the previous year and she became 1st princess” Sojane said.
With an aesthetic characteristic, Baby Palesa entered The Face of MHK beauty pageant competition in 2012, and as they always say the rest is history.
“It was so amazing winning the competion and I am delighted and proudly the reigning Face of MHK currently” Baby Palesa said.
A 19 year-old girl finished her matric last year at Mmabatho High School, but she is upgrading her marks.
Baby Palesa as Sindiswa Sojane is affectionately known in the industry said she want to study physiotherapy and hopefully have her own surgery one day.
“I am upgrading my matric results at King’s Way College and education is very important nowadays. It is the only gateway vehicle from poverty” she giggles.
Raised by a single parent, Baby Palesa defied all odds and said one can become whatever you want to be, regardless of your background.
“I am not lucky, but blessed and my mother and I can speak about everything almost under the sun. My mom as advocate, she talks to me about lots of things that might be dangerous to my life” she said.
The Face of MHK is eyeing “Oueen of Africa” pegeant competition where she will be competing against the rest of the continent.
The competition will take place on 23 November 2013.
Sindiswa Sojane said modelling to her is like making a spirit journey in an ecstatic trance involves the cessation of voluntary bodily movement.
“To me modelling is my passion and is running through my veins. If I was not a model, I would have been a dancer” Baby Palesa said.
A Mahikeng-born model said entertainment industry is her oyster to greater heights.-TDN
