Three Nabbed For Business Robbery

Northern Cape police have arrested three suspects on Sunday at about 07:30 am in connection with a business robbery that occurred on Wednesday at about 22h00 in Tshwene Extention in Galeshewe. “It is alleged that three suspects stormed into a business belongs to a foreign national, where they pointed a firearm to the 33-year-old business owner and demanded cash” lieutenant Olebogeng Tawana said. 

Police said the suspects got away with two boxes of chocolate to the value of R1000 and amount of cash(R1780). 

Police followed information which led to the arrest this morning. “The suspects are aged between 18 & 21 and they are expected to appear before the Galeshewe Magistrate Court Monday” he said. 

The SAPS would like to thank members of the community for continued efforts in giving us information with regard to the whereabouts of suspects. 

“We also like to thank the members that work tirelessly in fighting crime”.
