The North West MEC for Local Government and Traditional Affairs, Manketsi Tlhape will on Saturday accompany North West Premier Thandi Modise to the official handing over of certificate of recognition to Kgosi Keobusitse Israel Moiloa III of Bahurutshe Ba Ga Moiloa at Dinokana Stadium in Dinokana Village near Zeerust.

One of dignitaries expected to grace the ceremony is Mangosuthu Buthelezi.
