Ajax Cape Town winger Keagan Dolly says he was “very inspired” when he saw Thulani Serero playing for Ajax Amsterdam in the Champions League last night.

Serero, an Ajax Cape Town product, made the move to Holland after an expressive season with the Urban Warriors, as they finished second in 2010/11.

The 23-year-old was brought on at the hour mark against the Spanish giants, and earned Ajax a penalty, being brought down by a clumsy challenge from Javier Mascherano.
