JOHANNESBURG – A memorial service for a student who was gunned down allegedly by a police constable in Randfontein will be held at the Tshwane University of Technology on Thursday.

Twenty-two-year-old Gopolang Ngobeni was part of a group of students travelling to a funeral on the West Rand during the weekend.
