The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) is struggling to recruit more female entrepreneurs in the province to enter the annual Technology for Women in Business (TWIB) awards.

TWIB project coordinator, Nthabeleni Seshebedi, said compared to other provinces, the Northern Cape attracted lesser women each year.
