Pretoria-The Minister of Women, Children and People with Disabilities, Ms Lulu Xingwana will meet leaders of faith-based organisations on Monday.

The meeting with religious leaders will seek to address the scourge of violence against women and children, especially the recent rapes and killings. 

“The Minister is expected to urge religious leaders to work in partnership with government to help eliminate gender-based violence” Department spokesperson Cornelius Monama said.
