Mmabatho- North West police arrested a 22 year-old woman for culpable homicide after she allegedly knocked and killed a 32 year-old pedestrian.

“A 22 year-old woman was driving along Albert Luthuli road in Mmabatho when she  lost control of her vehicle” Colonel Emelda Setlhako said.

“A 32 year-old victim was knocked down by a car and was certified dead on the scene by paramedics” She said.

It is alleged that a woman driver lost control and plunged to a victim.

According to eyewitness her car overturned and was badly damaged.

Police were called and a case of culpable homicide was registered.
