North West- Department of Sport, Arts and Culture will honour Botlhale after a sterling perfomance that earned her a whopping R250 000 00 winner prize money.
Botlhale Boikanyo wows the crowds and judges alike last week with a beautiful poem dedicated to all South Africans to do introspection of themselves as huminity is fading away.
Now a 11 year’s hardwork did not go unnoticed as The Department of Sport, Arts and Culture together with Mmabana Arts and Culture Foundation will be having a Welcome Dinner on the 25th of October 2012 in honor of Botlhale Boikanyo, the winner of a popular talent search show, S.A’s Got Talent 2012.
“Botlhale won the hearts of many South Africans and was crowned the winner of the third season of the television talent search show after she performed a poem which earned her first place and put the North West Province on the map” Department spokesperson, Vusi Kama said in a statement.
The Dinner will be held at the Mmabana Arts, Culture and Sports Foundation Centre at 19h00 on Thursday.
“I am very grateful and would like to thank my fans and those who voted for me. Also all praise to Almighty as without him this wouldn’t be possible” Botlhale said after winning.
Boikanyo went head to head with Cape Town twin PJ Twin and came out tops.
