Phokeng Police arrested a 33-year-old suspect for allegedly stabbing to death an 18-year-old victim yesterday.
The incident happened at Kgale Section.
The deceased was stabbed several times and died on the scene.
“A case of murder was registered and the suspect is expected to appear before Bafokeng Tlhabane Magistrates Court Monday” Captain Funani said.

Boitekong-Police are looking for two suspects after a 26-year-old victim was gang raped North West police said.
The incident occurred at Siza Squatter Camp.
“It alleged that the victim was from Rustenburg when she was offered a lift by the suspects” Captain Amanda Funani said.
“The suspects threatened the victim with a knife and forced into the bushes where they raped her” she asserted.
The victim went to the police where a case of rape and kidnapping were launched.
The suspects are still at large and investigation continues.

Rustenburg Police are investigating a case of armed robbery after three suspects robbed a 30-year-old victim and fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.
The incident happened in Rustenburg.
“It is alleged that the victim was withdrawing money at FNB bank ATM machine when he was confronted by the suspects who pointed him with a firearm” Captain Funani.
“The suspect also took the victim’s cellphone and clothes. No injuries sustained and the suspects are still at large”.
Investigation continues.
