Christiana- A case of concealment of death has been registered at  Christiana police station in the North West.

It is alleged that on Thursday morning, Municipal Workers found a decomposed foetus of about 6 months when they were busy cleaning the sewerage on the N12 road to Warrenton.

“The Emergency Services and Police were summoned to the scene and certified the foetus dead. The body of the baby girl was taken to government mortuary” Captain Pelonomi Makau said.

No one has been arrested and Police are appealing to anybody who can assist with the information that will lead to the arrest of the mother to contact Detective Warrant  Officer  K.R. Bostelmann   053-4419222 / 083 316 6903.
