Minister of the Department of arts and culture Paul Mashatile says South Africa needs to build a new nation through social cohesion. “We are trying to move away from pre 1994 definitions to say we are one people, lets move away from looking at each other as black or white, we are trying to build one nation,” says the minister. This came out this morning in his interview with Morning Live.
