A ten-year-old boy drowned in a swimming pool at a house in Randburg, Johannesburg on Tuesday afternoon, paramedics said.

“His father, who works at the residence, noticed his son was missing and found him floating in the water,” Netcare 911 spokesman Jeffrey Wicks said in a statement.
